How Ronnie eats to keep a six pack

In response to a question on Twitter by mach4head:

"Whats on your food menu through out the day. off days and workout days?"

Ronnie says: "6 egg whites wheat toast cup of fruit, gym, shake, chicken/tuna fish lunch, another shake, dinner grilled chicken N shake b4 bed" twitter

So here's Ronnie's meal plan for the day:

1. Egg whites
2. Protein shake
3. Chicken & Tuna
4. Protein shake
5. Grilled chicken
6. Shake

It looks like he avoids a lot of carbhohydrates and focuses on protein and probably gets some of his carbos in his shakes.
